    <description>After 5 years of college and being behind the camera, and comments from people about her work, finally made the decision to pursue photography.

In May 2009, she graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology, in Rochester, NY, with a BFA in Professional Photographic Illustration (Visual Media, concentrations in Graphic Design and Printing), dual minors in Packaging Science and Print Media, concentration in Psychology and Creative Writing, and a AAS in Industrial Design. She already holds a management certificate from Spring 2008.

While at RIT, she was a member of Photo House and the Packaging Club. She worked as a photographer for the NTID Theater Department, a Lab Technician in the Imaging Systems Lab, and a research assistant on a $269,000+ study funded by the National Science Foundation. In the fall of 2007, she was an intern at Balloon Manor 2007, and contracted by BalloonHQ.com, to photograph conventions such as Twist&amp;Shout 2008, in Boston, Massachusetts.

Currently, she works at Target, where she has trained in several job areas since June 2002. Currently, she works on the In-Stocks team, serving in a supervisory capacity when her immediate supervisor is off/on vacation, in addition to being a trainer for the In-Stocks Team. She was named Great Team Hero for the month of July 2007 and August 2009, and recognized for outstanding performance in her work center in September 2009.

Her professional interests are theater/entertainment, sports, architecture, QTVR/Panoramic, and food/product photography. She also has an interest in product packaging, point-of-sale/retail design, ceramics, creative writing, poetry, tactile/accessible art, 2-D/3-D design and industrial design.
